Whole Wheat Sourdough Loaf

Our Whole Wheat Sourdough strikes the ideal middle ground for those who want a little more nutrition without sacrificing texture or flavour. Blended from 76% white flour and 24% whole wheat flour, this loaf has a slightly denser, more substantial crumb than our classic white, with a deeper, earthier flavour profile.

Long fermentation makes the whole wheat more digestible and unlocks a complex, nutty taste you won't find in any commercially yeasted bread. Crusty outside, tender inside — this is an everyday loaf that never gets old.
