Warming Your Sourdough Bread
❄️ Defrosted Bread
Step 1 — Defrost at room temperature for 4 hours
Step 2 — Then warm using one of these methods

Warming Your Garlic Cheese Pull-Apart
❄️ Option A — Counter Defrost
- Remove from freezer and leave unwrapped on the counter for 6–7 hours until fully defrosted.
🌙 Option B — Overnight Fridge Method
- Keep the bread wrapped in its foil and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, move to the counter and open just the top of the foil.
- Gently spread apart the sections of the bread slightly.
- Leave on the counter with the foil top open for 2–3 hours until fully defrosted.
🔥 Baking — Once Fully Defrosted
- Wrap the entire loaf tightly back in the foil — all sides sealed.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Open the top of the foil and bake uncovered for a further 8–10 minutes.
- Remove when the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.Every oven is different — trust your eyes and take it out when it looks ready.
Pull apart, share, and enjoy immediately. 🧀

Making Pizza with Rena's Sourdough Crust
- Preheat your oven or Betty Crocker to full heat.Allow at least 15 minutes to fully preheat.
- Place the par-baked crust directly on the rack or a baking tray.
- Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.Yes — even meat! Load it up.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
