Our Rustic Whole Wheat is the most robust loaf in our lineup, and a favourite among those who love real, nourishing bread. Made with  76% whole wheat flour and 24% white flour, this loaf has a tight, hearty crumb, a deeply flavourful tang, and a thick, crackly crust that stands up to serious toppings.

The high whole wheat content means more fibre, more nutrients, and a richly complex flavour that only gets better with slow fermentation. This is bread that fills you up and keeps you going.

Perfect toasted with nut butter, avocado, or simply a generous slab of good butter.
