For those who like a little heat. Our Hot Pepper Sourdough takes our classic 96% white / 4% whole wheat base and folds in bold, fiery hot peppers throughout the dough. Each slice delivers a warm, lingering kick balanced by the natural tang of slow fermentation.

Great toasted with butter, or as the base for an elevated grilled cheese.

Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, water, sea salt, marinated hot peppers.
