Our Gluten-Free Sourdough is crafted with 100% Certified Gluten-free Molino flour from Italy, naturally fermented with only water and sea salt for exceptional flavour and texture.

Using a slow sourdough fermentation process and a dedicated gluten-free starter, this loaf develops a rich depth of flavour, a beautifully soft crumb, and the authentic aroma of traditional artisan sourdough — without compromise.

Ingredients: Certified gluten-free Molino flour, water, sea salt.
