Spelt Sourdough Loaf

Our Spelt Sourdough is made with 100% organic light spelt flour — nothing else but water and sea salt. Spelt is an ancient grain with a naturally sweet, nutty flavour and a lighter, more delicate crumb than conventional wheat. Many people who find regular wheat hard to digest find spelt a much gentler option.

Combined with our long, slow sourdough fermentation process, this loaf is as wholesome as it gets — organic, naturally leavened, and crafted with real care.

Mild in tang, rich in flavour, and beautiful in every way.

Ingredients: 100% organic light spelt flour, water, sea salt.
