Hamotzi: This flour, derived from wheat starch with the gluten removed is uniquely Hamotzi.

About Rena's Bread

All our breads are authentic sourdough and vegan friendly. Made with just flour, water, and a touch of salt.
No yeast, no oil, no eggs or sugar.

Bread Types:

White: Perfect for the sourdough novice, an absolutely delicious sourdough loaf made with 100% white bread flour.

Whole Wheat: A delectable oval shaped loaf made with whole wheat flour. Our best seller. 

Spelt: Popular amongst our most health conscious customers. A round shaped loaf made with 100% spelt flour. Note that our delicious spelt loaves are typically denser and not as high as the other loaves.

Seeded: An absolute favourite for our discerning clientele. A round or oval shaped loaf generously coated with a variety of seeds (contains sesame). 

Olive: A round or oval shaped loaf containing a copious mix of sliced kalamata and green olives. Perfectly balanced flavour.

Hot Pepper: A round or oval shaped loaf with an abundance of sliced hot (mild) peppers throughout. A favourite of adults and kids alike.
